What's it like working at TrailsWeb...? We're a small company, and it's important that work is not synonymous with torture.
We have a small "kitchen" in the office (a mini-fridge, water cooler, microwave, a handful of foods, plasticware, napkins, and plates)
for making snacks or lunches. It's always good to get out of the office for a bit during the day, whether it's to grab a bite to eat
or just get a little sun on the face.
No one wants to stare at a screen all day every day. Every Wednesday we take the afternoon to hike one of the many trails in the
area (on the clock) and talk about where the company is at and how we can make improvements.
We're looking for people who are enthusiastic about their careers and see TrailsWeb and Flagstaff as a step forward for them.

| Skills: |
HTML (and to a limited extent Javascript), Photoshop, professional demeanor and appealing personality, considerate and empathic, knowledge of marketing theory and (ideally) real-world experience and success with SEO and marketing. |
| Responsibilities: |
• Review our clients' sites' current search rankings and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Contact our clients regularly and update them on how their site is doing.
• Analyze site usage patterns and identify ways to make sites more effective.
• Collaborate with the team to create marketing strategies for each project.

| Responsibilities: |
• Work with customers to create the appearance for their site.
• Collaborate with clients to make custom Flash animations and Flash features.
• Revise visual studio sites to conform the custom functions with the designs on the rest of the site.
• Work with the whole team on search engine optimization.
• Register sites with search engines and configure Google and Yahoo webmaster tools. |
