Before you begin, I'd like to offer a little advice about how I'm judging your application so you do the very best you possibly can. (I'm Josh Whitman, by the way.)
First, we're all equal here. I'm no more important than you. I enjoy what I do and I enjoy my coworkers. We have fun and it's a relaxed
environment. If you're feeling anxious about getting this job or completing this application, drink a glass of water, stretch out your muscles, and take a deep breath.
Let your personality shine in your answers. Variety is the spice of life...
Second, I think typos are bad. If you don't reread your answers and fix little errors, I'll think you don't have much interest in working here. Also,
if there are a lot of misspellings, bad grammar, or unreasonable punctuation I'll think you may be partly illiterate (that's bad).
Third, show off a little. No one likes a braggart, but I'm not going to know how cool you are until you tell me. You have my undivided attention.
